Email Communication

BROADCASTER allows you to send HTML formatted email with merged data to a found set of records from within PORTAL, KEYSTONE, GENERATIONS, or ADVOCATE. The current shipping version of BROADCASTER is 2.1.

In order to use BROADCASTER you need to have the irLOCKfile.fp7 on your FM Server. Ensure that you only have one copy of this file no matter how many iR solutions you have. It doesn't matter in which directory the irLOCKFile resides on the server. The current shipping version of irLOCKFile is 2.2 and is FMP 11 compatible.

Every user who wishes to use BROADCASTER must have the Mail.it FMP plugin installed in the appropriate FMP folder on his or her computer. The irLOCKfile.fp7 contains the registration key for the plugin. You do not need to register the plugin.

Please note: If you are using FMP 11 you must have BROADCASTER 2.1 and irLOCKfile 2.2.
