PORTAL's end of year procedures are performed at the end of the admission season. For most schools, this is not until early August or even later. To prepare for these procedures, you may find it helpful to review them with iR's Executive VP of Client Services Susan McAllister. Here is what you can expect:
• ensure that your current season records are processed correctly and are ready for the end of the year
• process re-enrollment records: graduate, withdraw and promote currently enrolled students
• enroll new students
• set the re-enrollment fields
• archive records and set active records for the next season
• set preferences
Susan will walk through the steps using a sample set of data and there will be time for questions submitted by attendees at the end of the webinar.
There is no charge to you for attending this webinar, but registration is required.
