With PWS, the data from your online forms feeds directly into PORTAL, which searches your database to determine if the form should be linked to a known family, or used to create a new record. The data from the application is imported electronically into PORTAL—no duplicate data entry.
Just as families can check often to ensure a complete application, they can also learn the school's decision the instant it is posted. All this within an easy-to-use, password protected, secure environment.
PWS is a hosted web service by inRESONANCE that can be linked directly through your current web site. For schools running other platforms, online inquiries and applications can be used without PORTAL.
